Most of a Shopify build isn't design. It's configuration: product and content structure, checkout, shipping rules, taxes, markets and currencies. Configuration is invisible at launch and expensive later — the wrong tax setting doesn't look wrong until finance finds it, and a careless product structure doesn't hurt until the catalog grows into it.
builds, rebuilds, and regular websites
New stores on Shopify or Shopify Plus, rebuilds of stores that have accumulated years of workarounds, and plain websites where a store isn't needed at all. On Plus, the work extends into the places standard plans can't reach: checkout customization, B2B, expansion stores for new markets. If the store is coming from another platform, that's a migration — its own discipline, planned before the build.
configuration is the real work
Theme setup and customization matter, but the decisions that follow you are structural: how products, variants, and metafields are organized, how shipping and taxes map to how you actually operate, which markets and currencies are on. We treat those as the core of the project, not the paperwork after the design. The visual layer itself — layout, typography, the design system — is its own service, and on most projects the two run together.
built as part of the whole
A store touches the ERP, the warehouse, finance, and support from day one. We scope store work the way we scope everything — as one project, with every affected system and department on the map — so the build fits the business it lands in.
questions
Do you build new stores or fix existing ones?
Both — new builds on Shopify or Shopify Plus, and rebuilds of stores that have accumulated years of workarounds. Plain websites too, where a store isn't needed.
Do you work on Shopify Plus?
Yes — that's where the work standard plans can't reach lives: checkout customization, B2B, expansion stores for new markets.
Can our team edit the site after handover?
Yes — that's the point. Everything is built inside Shopify's section system and documented as it's built. No lock-in, and the accounts are yours.
