11. Severability; waiver; entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
